WHO WE SUPPORT

Rosebuds Supported Living provide care and support to people with learning disabilities over the age of 18.

We understand that people are unique and provide a comprehensive range of support to suit a variety of different needs.

Our staff receive specialist training to be able to accommodate specific needs and requirements.

It does not matter where an individual lives or who they live with, their care and support will be tailored to suit them in an environment of their choosing.

CHOOSING STAFF

Rosebuds Supported Living ensure that the people supported are matched to a suitable support team by letting them lead the recruitment process. This ensures they are happy and comfortable with the support worker who will then become a part of their everyday life.

Together with the people we support we go through a person-centred values assessment. This is to ensure the staff recruited are willing and able to assist the people we support with things they like to do best.

If the people we support choose, they can can lead their own interviews, ask their own questions and ultimately have complete control of the recruitment process.

If the people we support would like us to take the lead we recruit with their individual values at the core of the recruitment process with the input of the persons circle of support.
