The Heartbeat of Our Service
Our Support Workers are central to daily life at Rosebuds. They provide care that is not only respectful and person-centred, but also full of warmth, skill, and consistency. Their ability to build trusted relationships and create meaningful moments makes all the difference in the lives of the people we support.

With guidance and training delivered by Service Managers who are Train the Trainer certified in Medication, our frontline teams are well-equipped to safely support individuals with their prescribed medication needs, giving families and loved ones additional peace of mind.
OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Training and Professional Development
All staff receive a robust mix of internal and external training, tailored to support a range of complex needs. This includes practical training in Epilepsy, Buccal Midazolam, First Aid, and accredited Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).

New support workers complete a full induction and work toward their Care Certificate, followed by NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with many progressing to Levels 3 and 5.

Our Service Managers are Train the Trainer certified in Medication, ensuring consistent and high-quality training is delivered across their teams.
