Clinical and Complex
Care
Our team includes skilled professionals, including a Registered Nurse and Trained Managers, capable of delivering and overseeing complex health needs—such as Epilepsy Management (including Buccal), Medication Administration, Behaviours of Concern, and more.
Home and Tenancy
Support
We support individuals to secure appropriate housing, understand their tenancy responsibilities, and maintain their homes with confidence. This includes ongoing support with budgeting, daily living skills, and building a stable, secure foundation for independent living.
